resaw support

Help for the resaw iPhone app. Every message is read and answered by the person who builds it.

Write to us: hello@resaw.app. The quickest way is Settings > Contact Support inside resaw: it opens an email that already holds your app version, which helps us find the problem faster.

Save from any app

In Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Safari or any other app, tap Share on the post, video or page.
Pick resaw in the share sheet. If you do not see it, scroll the row of apps to the end, tap More, and turn resaw on.
The save lands on Home and is titled and filed into a folder on its own, even if resaw is closed.

To put resaw at the front of the share sheet, open Settings > Put resaw first in your share sheet in the app and follow the steps.

Save by sending a message

Open Settings > Connected Accounts and connect Telegram or WhatsApp. Then send resaw a link, a photo or a file in that chat and it is saved to your vault like everything else. You can disconnect from the same screen at any time.

Import your Instagram saves

Instagram can send you a copy of your saved posts. Ask for it, then hand the file to resaw from Settings > Import from Instagram. resaw shows where to tap in Instagram, and the step by step version is in the guide how to export your Instagram saved posts. Instagram emails you when the file is ready. resaw reads the file you give it: it never logs in to Instagram.

Your data

Export everything: Settings > Export My Data.
Deleted something by mistake: Settings > Trash.
Delete your account: Settings > Delete Account. This removes your account and everything in it. You do not need to email anyone.

Subscriptions

resaw is free to use. If you subscribed to resaw Premium earlier, you can see, change or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com, since payments are handled by Apple.

Requirements

resaw runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. You sign in with Apple or Google, so there is no password to remember. Get resaw on the App Store.

Report a problem

Tell us what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. Your app version is under Settings > About > Version. Please do not send passwords or anything you would not want in an email.
