These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and resaw (“we”, “us”). By downloading, signing in to, or using the resaw app or website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use resaw. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.
resaw is a personal save-organizer: it stores the links, notes, images, and documents you save, organizes and summarizes them using AI, and helps you find and rediscover them later. resaw is free to use during our beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, the price, what is included, and the renewal terms will be shown to you before you buy, and any purchase is processed by the Apple App Store, not by us. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including during the beta, when features may be incomplete or may change without notice.
What you save in resaw is yours. You keep all rights to it. To run the service for you, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit, display, and process your content, including by sending it to our AI providers for analysis, solely to provide and improve the features you use, such as previews, titles, tags, summaries, search, and chat. This licence exists only so the app can work, ends when you delete the content or your account, and does not let us publish your content, sell it, or use it to advertise to you. We do not train AI models on your content, and our AI providers are contractually restricted from using it to train their models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

resaw saves and displays content from links you choose, including from Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, articles, and other sources you send it. That content belongs to its owners, not to us, and we do not endorse it or vouch for its accuracy. We retrieve only publicly available information from those pages so we can build previews and summaries for you, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform. If you import your own Instagram data export, you are responsible for having obtained it lawfully from your own account. Your use of any third-party service remains governed by that service’s own terms. If you believe content in resaw infringes your rights, contact us at hello@resaw.app.
Titles, tags, summaries, cook-along steps, recommendations, and chat answers are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety, dietary, or other consequential decisions without checking the original source.
resaw is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your content will always be preserved. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of resaw. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using resaw at any time and delete your account from Settings, then Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including your content licence for content you have not deleted, the disclaimers, and the limitation of liability, will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of resaw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using resaw after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
